Open Enrollment 2024 Calhr. Open enrollment for health, dental and vision coverage started september 18 and ends october 13. Open enrollment starts next week but the 2024 rates aren’t in the calculator yet.

The cobra open enrollment period is usually held annually september through october, and allows eligible cobra enrollees to change their dental. Eligible employees may enroll in a dental plan within the first 60 days of employment.
